This installation complements our equipment for thermal tempering of flat glass and chemical strengthening of thin glass.
We offer custom tempering of your free issues lenses and moulded glass or complete supply.
The need for laminated and laminated safety glass is increasing.
We have extended our production capacity to 3 laminating cells with following capability :
– minimum thickness: 1+1 mm
– size of pieces: from a few mm to aprox 2500 X 1250 mm
– PVB and EVA interlayer
– laminated , hardened laminated safety (thermally toughened and chemically strengthened).
In France, Verre Industrie is the leader of glass machining from small to middle sizes and is able to provide from easy to very complex and specific pieces thanks to its savoir-faire and a great complementarity of its production equipment.
For road transportation, Verre Industrie is positioned in addition to the large glass processors that supply windscreens and side windows.

On October 2nd, 2023, MCM, a subsidiary of Verre industrie, has acquired the beaconing activity of CORNING SAS.
The manufacturing and surface coating of glass moulded parts (prisms and lenses) had been taken over by CORNING in 2022. In the coming weeks, the needed equipment will be transferred to the MCM site, a few kilometres away from Jouarre, in a refurbished building.
