We support our customers from development to series production.
Thanks to our varied experience in many sectors of activity and for very different products, we can help you find technical and economical solutions.
When quantities and price targets require subcontracting in low-cost countries, Verre Industrie has a network of foreign partners and thus remains your interlocutor for the duration of the project.
For this important project of 100 Alstom Coradia trains intended for the Danish railways DSB, Verre Industrie was selected by two equipment manufacturers for the supply of screen protection glass for the interior and exterior passenger information systems.
In collaboration with our client, we have developed an innovative de-icing solution.
For the lighting of the statue “The Triumph of the Republic” by Jules Dalou, we provide tempered-laminated glass for closing the spotlight pits.
The chemical tempering of the components enables an increased resistance and a preserved light flow in the event of breakage.
We work daily to reduce our impact on the environment:
– by optimizing our processes to reduce our energy and water consumption.
– by minimizing our waste production.
– by replacing chemical products with biodegradable or non-toxic alternatives.
– by recycling our waste glass scraps and our wooden packaging.
For armoured glazing, Verre Industrie supplies machined components in :
– borosilicate glass in all thicknesses
– chemically strengthened soda-lime glass
– aluminosilicate glass (Gorilla® Glass).
