We are launching an ambitious improvement plan with two clear objectives:
- Short term: optimize our customer OTD (On-Time Delivery)
- Longer term: streamline production and increase our capacity
To achieve this, a new organizational structure is being implemented:
-> Strengthening the technical department, led by Cyril Offredi
-> Appointment of Erwan Bernard, our current Quality Manager, to the position of Production Manager.
